Yes. During the booking process you can pay directly via online banking. As soon as your payment is received, you will get a final confirmation at the email address you provided.

Once your booking is made and paid, it is final. During the booking process you can choose the Worry-Free Travel Package, which lets you cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your rental starts. If you booked without this package, rebooking is possible on request up to 48 hours before the rental start, subject to availability.

Yes — the longer you rent, the lower the daily rate. The booking system will show you the correct price for your selected rental period automatically.

Yes. For larger groups (10+ bikes), please submit a request via our group request form. This applies to pick-ups at one of our locations. Do the bikes need to be delivered? We always create a custom quote via the delivery request.

We do everything we can to keep our bikes in top condition, but a breakdown can happen. Always report a breakdown immediately. Contact the pick-up location where you rented the bike — you will find the contact details on the relevant location page.

Yes! At every pick-up location we offer the 3 most beautiful cycling routes in the area. You will find them on the relevant location page.

This varies per pick-up location. The opening hours of the location are the pick-up times — return times are often more flexible. At many locations e-bikes can be returned until 20:00 and other bikes until 22:00. Check the location page for exact return times.

Yes, you always leave the pick-up location with a fully charged battery. If you rent an e-bike for more than 1 day you will automatically receive a charger. For extra long day-trips you can ask for a charger at the location (subject to availability).

No, the assortment varies per pick-up location. The available bikes are listed on each location page. Have a special request or can't find the bike you want? Contact the location — every location can give you tailored advice.

Yes — on the e-bike battery you will find a QR code you can scan on the go for more information about how the bike works. Feel free to ask staff for instructions when picking up.
